Anamaria Granada is a Research Associate at The Centre For Education and Youth.

Anamaria has a BA in Literary Studies and a Master of Science in Social Psychology. She has experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research. She is also a Qualified Teacher and has previously worked in primary and secondary schools. Her experience in education both in Latin America and the UK has driven her to focus on cultural and social research and research for policymaking.

Prior to joining the team at CfEY, Anamaria obtained a Public Policy Analysis certificate from the LSE and worked as a French and Spanish teacher for Teach First.  

Anamaria’s research is currently focused on children’s mental health and wellbeing and how intersectional contexts influence post-16 outcomes.
