Jennifer Hutton

Jennifer is a Non-Executive Director (NED) on CFEY’s Board. She was a senior Human Resources leader in central government for over three decades, mainly in the Cabinet Office where she led the Civil Service’s graduate scheme and supported the most senior Civil Service appointments. Jennifer was also Deputy Director Organisational Design and Development in both the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government and the National Institutions for the Church of England, with a particular interest in and focus on developing values-based leadership and organisational culture and promoting equity, diversity and inclusion; was awarded a CBE for public service. Jennifer continues to offer individual coaching and facilitation in the not-for-profit sector alongside voluntary roles.
