We’re recruiting for Junior Associates!

Things continue to be busy with Team CfEY, and we are now recruiting some new Junior Associates!

As an organisation that believes that society can do more to ensure all children and young people can make a fulfilling transition to adulthood, there’s still work to do providing the evidence, insight and expertise that policymakers and practitioners need to improve services, systems and resources for young people.

We want you to come and join our team and help us support the sector better. We want to hear from people who have a passion for education and youth, as well as a commitment to improving young people’s lives.

We are particularly interested in recruiting someone who has previously worked in a role with young people, and who combines this with experience conducting research and a desire to work on a range of projects that support organisations in the education and youth sector.

We also understand that life is complicated – so, if you’ve taken an unusual, less travelled path to get to where you are now then do get in touch. We’re keen to hear from you whether or not you have a university degree and years of experience etc.
