Join the Young Collective!

8th October 2024

We’re now open to applications to join the Young Collective, a group of people aged 16-25 living in the UK who we pay and train to work alongside us on research and policy projects.

If you’d like to join the CfEY Young Collective, please fill in the short form at the bottom of this page online, on paper, or by sending us a video/voice recording of your answers to the questions by email ([email protected]).

This round of applications will close on Tuesday 19th November. We will contact all applicants shortly after this date and if you’re eligible, invite you to an online welcome event to give you the chance to meet everyone and find out more before becoming a member.

Members of the Young Collective are offered opportunities to be part of CfEY’s work, and choose the work they say yes to based on their interests, availability and experiences. We pay our members a real living wage (currently £13.15 per hour) for all work and training, and do our best to provide everyone with the support they need to make the Young Collective work for them.

We’re especially interested in hearing from you if you…

  • Have navigated systems, services or processes that haven’t always been easy
  • Have a disability, learning need, long-term health condition or are neurodivergent
  • Are from a community that experiences injustice, marginalisation, discrimination or racism
