Patrick Connolly

Patrick Connolly is a Non–executive Director on CfEY’s board.  Patrick is the Director of the Mishcon de Reya’s Academy. The Academy is Mishcon de Reya’s in-house place of learning, a driver for growth and a platform for thought leadership.  Patrick oversees the strategic direction of the Academy which includes creating university quality education for everyone at the firm and publishing market-leading research.

Patrick is an Associate Chartered Accountant. He taught the ACA qualification to Big Four accounting students at Kaplan, before moving on to client management. From there, Patrick helped to launch Kaplan’s learning management system and designed face to face and online learning solutions. He also headed up the ACA product team, working closely with the Big Four accounting firms to design bespoke training offerings.  Before Kaplan, Patrick worked in Audit and Corporate Finance at Deloitte.

Patrick studied Business Management at King’s College London and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW).  He recently completed his executive coaching qualification and achieved the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential with the International Coaching Federation.
