The article covers the good news in the budget – tax relief for performing arts institutions and funding for wraparound childcare in schools that will provide opportunities for cultural learning organisations – but also the less good news – a missed opportunity for the government to introduce its long-promised Arts Premium and no advance on teacher pay.
