Having worked as a primary teacher and school leader in the UK and internationally for over ten years, and holding a Masters in Education Policy from the Institute of Education, Aoife now works as a freelance educational researcher. Her professional and academic history has equipped her with an in-depth working knowledge of primary curriculum, assessment practices, behaviour approaches and educational infrastructures. She is passionate about how research can contribute to systemic educational change in the interests of equity.
