Ben Gibbs

Ben Gibbs is an executive coach, organisational consultant and leadership development specialist, working with school and school system leaders in the UK and internationally. He holds postgraduate qualifications in teaching, educational leadership, organisation development and organisational consultancy, and has taught in UK schools, government and assessment, and consulted on research, curriculum, leadership and organisational strategy. Ben is looking forward to supporting CfEY and its partners, particularly where there’s a need to understand the lived experience of children and young people in transition to adulthood.
