Terry Boyce is Director of Partnerships at the Centre for Education and Youth, responsible for fundraising strategy alongside overseeing our policy and engagement work.

Terry has worked in the education and youth sectors since 2002, designing and delivering a range of programmes and interventions for young people, bringing experience of enabling innovative partnerships, designing new interventions and a deep knowledge of the informal youth sector.

Previous roles have included leading delivery of schools employability sessions with The Brokerage Citylink; developing and delivering pilots of National Citizen Service at Catch22; managing Team v, a national volunteering programme for young people at vInspired; and most recently forming strategic approaches to organisational youth sector development at London Youth.

Terry is passionate about ensuring every young person has access to high quality youth services and supporting the critical role played by the voluntary and community sector to this end. He has been governor of a primary school in Croydon and has served as a Trustee.
