The future for examining

Recent changes to exams mean more papers need to be marked at the end of summer exams, requiring more examiners than in the past. This report for OCR by LKMco identifies what appeals to teachers about examining and what stands in the way of them taking on the role. It then explores the benefits examiners gain from the role and suggests how these could be enhanced and spread to more teachers.
